A 22-member delegation from TGE, led by Managing Director, Mr. Ramzi Raad, undertook a one-day study tour and familiarisation visit of Star Energy's Wayang Windu geothermal power plant facilities near Bandung, Indonesia on 16 January 2013. Included in the delegation were representatives from other project stakeholders including:

• Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB)
• Minerals & Geoscience Department (JMG)
• Sustainable Energy Development Authority (SEDA)
• Bank Pembangunan Malaysia Berhad
The delegation was briefed on the development of WWGPP by senior officers of Star Energy, the developer and operator of the facilities. The group was also taken on a tour of Wellpad #1, Steam Above Ground System (SAGS) and the Power Plant, where site briefings were provided and informal discussions held with plant operators. The tour ended with a briefing on geothermal exploration surveys conducted at the Wayang Windu geothermal prospect and the resulting outcomes. At the end of the visit, both TGE and Star Energy agreed to work together on common issues pertaining to the development of geothermal energy, for mutual benefit.
