Yayasan Hijau Malaysia (Malaysia Green Foundation) Carnival

In conjunction with the launching of Yayasan Hijau Malaysia (Malaysia Green Foundation) in Kota Kinabalu on 2 March 2014, Deputy Prime Minister, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin visited the booth set up by TGE on the grounds of the Likas Sports Complex. Together with him was Sabah Chief Minister, Datuk Seri Panglima Musa Hj. Aman, Sabah Deputy Chief Minister and Minister of Infrastructure Development, Tan Sri Datuk Seri Panglima Joseph Pairin Kitingan, Minister of Energy, Green Technology and Water, Datuk Seri Panglima Dr. Maximus Johnity Ongkili and his deputy, Dato' Seri DiRaja Mahdzir Khalid, and other senior officials from the Ministry.

They were received by TGE Managing Director, Mr. Ramzi Raad and other TGE staff. The entourage spent some time at the booth learning about the development of Malaysia's first geothermal power plant project in Tawau by TGE.
